Our Metro West-based customer has an urgent new long-term contract opening for an Electronic Inspector. This inspector will inspect and test a variety of flight electronic hardware including components, printed circuit assemblies, cables, and chassis to assure compliance to specification (J-STD-001ES, NASA, etc). Inspector must be capable of programming and operating an AOI system. Inspector must be well versed in the operation of X-Ray, XRF, Hi-Pot cable testing, microscopes, etc. Must have excellent communications skills and be comfortable working closely with engineering to present inspection results.
Special Talents: Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills required, knowledge of SAP a plus. High school diploma or equivalent and 10 years related experience required. Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Government Secret Security Clearance

One of our top customers, located in Lexington, MA, currently has a long-term contract opening for an Electronic Inspector to inspect a variety of incoming electrical/electronic components, assuring compliance to specifications. All applicants MUST be US Citizens and be eligible to receive Secret Security Clearances.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare inspection reports and other related paperwork, working from verbal and written instructions.
-Inspect for counterfeit parts per IDEA-STD-1010a.
-Use X-ray Fluorescence equipment.
Requirements:
-IDEA-STD-1010a (Inspection of Electronic Counterfeit Parts).
-SAP knowledge.
-Exposure to XRF equipment.
-Good record keeping ability, attention to detail a must.
