Edit manuals, ensuring that the documents are grammatically sound and easy to understand. Other responsibilities include reviewing the layout and graphics, making sure to check for consistency and clarity.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Required. Associates Degree also qualifies. Two to three years experience proofreading/editing in publishing industry recommended, but not essential. Familiarity with and experience using the Chicago Manual of Style. Very good written and verbal communication skills.
