One of our customers in the Metro West area of MA is currently seeking a Human Resources Information System Administrator to assist management in administering, monitoring data quality, and implementing HR business systems. Applicants MUST be US Citizens. Responsibilities: -Assist in creating and maintaining documented HR business systems procedures. -Assist department personnel with questions concerning the HR business systems. -May train new employees on system use and inform/train users as new releases and software revisions occur. -Provide suggestions and assistance in process improvements. -Create ad hoc reports for functional business areas. -Create or improve data auditing reports. -Run daily reports, and assist with mass updates, interfaces between systems, etc. -Work with IT department to resolve problems and implement changes to business system user interfaces, reports, etc.
Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in (or 6 years equivalent experience), and two years of related (Human Resources/HRIS) experience. -Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas. -Experience analyzing large quantities of data and version control. -Excellent communication skills and a relative degree of business acumen based on experience. -Preferred toolset includes Cognos 8, CostPoint, SQL scripting, MSQuery or SQL Server, iCIMS, SuccessFactors, OrgPlus.

Our client, located in the Metro West area of MA, has ongoing needs for Programmers/Analysts to support Human Resources Information Systems, applications, and business processes. Candidates MUST be US Citizens to apply.
Responsibilities: -Analysis, design and development of user interfaces, reports, data interfaces, data conversions, and other system enhancements. -Support migration to new Applicant Tracking and Performance Management Systems as well as participate in SAP upgrade.
Requirements: -Must possess a high degree of motivation and initiative and the ability to carry projects through to completion. -Ability to collaborate and provide innovative technical solutions to complex business requirements. -Must be skilled with database application development, statistical processing and reporting, as well as utilizing ABAP, SQL and related reporting tools. -Previous experience with HCM applications such as SAP and Yahoo! Resumix. -Knowledge of ABAP, PL/SQL, SQL/SQR, MATLAB, Flash, Java and UNIX.
