-Work creatively and collaboratively with system engineers, test engineers, and marketing professionals

-Ability to learn new authoring tools quickly and thoroughly
-Solve complex problems efficiently
-Lead small-to-medium size projects staffed by internal staff writers and/or external vendor writers

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
-6+ years experience in one or more technical publications departments
-Server hardware, firmware, and software knowledge
-x64-based operating systems (for servers and clients)
